The Andrea hat is crafted from high-quality shaved felt, renowned for its extraordinary softness and smooth finish. This hat is unlined, offering a feeling of lightness and comfort. The brim is wide, measuring approximately 9 cm. The design is enriched by a leather braid and a galvanized metal logo, a special technique ensuring protection against corrosion and enhancing its aesthetic appeal.
Each Borsalino felt hat takes seven weeks to be handcrafted by our skilled artisans at the Maison in Alessandria, whose passion and craftsmanship are expressed in every single piece. The Borsalino handmade production process involves more than 50 steps and is passed down from generation to generation.
